"When I first came here, I wasn't sure what to expect. But now that I've become a member, I could never go back to my old gym!  Hong's USA Taekwondo is THE gym to work out in if you're interested in just that - working out. The trainers are friendly and highly knowledgeable, and I was impressed when they didn't immediately bombard me with the usual sales pitch.  The music is low key, the decor is nice and functional and the people who come here just want to get a workout, that's what it's all about. I wholeheartedly recommend Hong's USA Taekwondo!"

"I like the fact that people of all ages come to Hong's USA Taekwondo for their workouts.  I'm in my mid-forties, and sometimes people would give me weird looks in other gyms, or I'd just feel a little out of place when everyone else was half my age.  Besides, I found all the TVs and bright lights and loud music too distracting. But at Hong's USA Taekwondo, people don't check you out, or try to look cool, or any of that. People come here to work out and have a good time.  The atmosphere is great, the facilities are modern and clean, and the folks at Hong's USA Taekwondo are friendly and helpful across the board.  Thanks for all you've done, and keep up the good work!"

"When I came to my first Taekwondo class I was nervous and knew nothing but I tried and gave it my all. I wanted to tell you why I do taekwondo. I practice to learn. Not to be the best but giving your all. The man who thinks he's the greatest is not like superman it is the man who gives it his all and his best. I've been doing taekwondo for four years. Grandmaster S.P. Hong and Master Ron Harris. My friends support me and teach me such as Mr. Emerick and Mr. Eric. They have taught me so much and I have done my best and my all because of them. I thank them, and respect them. Like Grandmaster S.P. Hong says to me every class " Give 110%!"
