Taekwondo Adult Class/Lessons
Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:30pm to 8:15pm
This is the class for the adults that want to be always pushed to the limit. For people who want to become supermen, or superwomen in a physical/ mental aspect.
You will be taught how to punch, kick, strike, and how to get punched, kicked, or strucken for self-defence purposes. To be challeneged mentally, and physically. Learn how to not give up when you are too tired to continue.
