WE WILL HAVE OUR 1ST NATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL MEETING DURING THE 5TH WORLD MOOYE CHAMPIONSHIP ON SATURDAY, APRIL 12, 2014.  PLEASE SEE THE CHAMPIONSHIP DETAILS BELOW FOR LOCATION INFORMATION.  IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BECOMING A STATE PRESIDENT FOR USA TAEKWONDO FOR THE DISABLED(USATAD), OR A COUNTRY PRESIDENT FOR PAN-AMERICAN TAEKWONDO FEDERATION FOR THE DISABLED, MEMBERSHIP IN THE FOLLOWING: INTERNATIONAL JIDOKWAN TAEKWONDO FEDERATION(IJTF), UNIVERSAL AMERICAN NATIONAL TAEKWONDO UNION, UNIVERSAL AMERICAN NATIONAL HABGIDO UNION, AND UNIVERSAL AMERICAN NATIONAL GUMDO UNION: PLEASE PLAN ON ATTENDING THIS MEETING.  MORE DETAILS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE SOON.

**The word "Mooye" covers all known Korean martial arts - Taekwondo, Habgido, Gumdo, & more.**

PATFD/USATAD is affiliated with Korea Taekwondo Association for the Disabled (Website: http://kotad.kosad.kr) , Seoul State Taekwondo Association, members of the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF), Kukkiwon, and the World Mooye Federation. It is the MISSION of the United States Taekwondo Association for the Disabled(USATAD), Pan American Taekwondo Federation for the Disabled(PATFD), and USA Taekwondo Indiana State Association(USATISA) to represent, promote, and develop opportunities and the venues for the Abled-Bodied, Mentally & Physically Disabled Taekwondo Participants to display their abilities and the love of the authentic & traditional martial art of Korean Taekwondo.

South Korean National Champion - 1st Place Senior Division 2012/2013
South Korea National Poomsae Team Member - 2013 2nd Place in the Senior Division in the WTF World Poomsae Championship in Indonesia.

Grandmaster Lee was also recently (February 2014) by the World Headquarters of Kukkiwon President to have Kukkiwon Grandmaster Instructor Legal License and has Kukkiwon Certification to instruct Taekwondo Seminars.

Whoever passes the International Referee Examination, will be authorized Referees and can be officiates at the World Abled/Disabled Taekwondo Championship in South Korea.  You can get International Referee Certification in both Abled & Disabled!!!!!
The Deadline for registration for the International Referee Certification Seminar is March 29, 2014 (Saturday).  

***Remember to bring 2 wallet size pictures with the seminar from, even if you prepaid through PayPal.  If paying at on the day of the Seminar, you must pay by cash only
($ USA Dollars only).
At this time you can also start the process to transfer Black Belt rank to International Para Rank: 1st - 9th Dan (from any Kwan, WTF/ITF).  Must bring Certification Proof from Grandmaster S.P. Hong to review.  Grandmaster Hong will let you know how much the transfer fee is at that time.  The transfer process takes 1-2 months.

**There will be a $25.00(US) Late Fee Charge per person on top of their Events Fees for sending their online registeration in late.  No registerations will be accepted at the door, unless there are reasonable circumstances.  The Late Fee of $25.00(US) still applies.  If competing in Breaking, all boards must be purchased at the
Championship @ $3.00(US) a piece.

After paying for your Competition Entries in the boxes above, please send us your contact information below and include the following  information:  First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name, Age/Date of Birth, Male or Female, Martial Arts Rank(Gup/Geub-Color & No.# /Dan/Degree, Address/Phone Number, Martial Arts School Name/Address/Phone, and PayPal confirmation number.  Also, please list any and all of the Events that you are going to compete in.  We need to know this in order to place you in the proper Division.  Gamsahamnida (Thank you Sir/Ma'am)!  You will still need to sign a Competition Release Form when checking in at the Championship. If you want some local Hotel information, we have set up blocks of rooms at the following Hotels/Inns in South Bend, Indiana USA.  Please pay attention the the details that we have included, because each Hotel has a different Cut Off Deadline for each block of rooms (which may or may not be flexible beyond the cut of date listed).  Remember to ask for the "Indiana State Taekwondo Championship" Block of rooms.  For more details beyond what is listed for each Hotel, please contact the Hotel that you are interested in staying at.  Also all Hotels are close to a variety of restaurants and other attractions.  Please ask at your Hotel front desk for more details.
